Tracking & Delivery
When will my order be shipped?
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Can I change my delivery address?
We regret to inform you that all sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. We encourage our customers to carefully review their orders before making a purchase.
Address change may only be done in special cases prior to processing. Please contact us immediately after purchase, if needed.
Can I return or exchange?
All sales are final. However, if a return is approved due to an issue with your order, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
